About this blog...

(to view my own work please visit www.benedictromain.co.uk)

as an art student i constantly research information on artists and their work, as well as collecting inspirational images and texts as a source of influence for my work.

so after years of conducting research for each project i do and promptly losing the crumpled print outs and scrappy sketch books i figured a blog would be a good resource for me to stick it all in one place that i can look back through when i need.

make no mistake this is a selfish blog, collecting images purely for my own use, so i cant promise informative regular updates and witty banter, but if this happens to be interesting or helpful to you in anyway as a visual bank thats brilliant, enjoy yourself and let me know if i can be of any help.

kisses,

Benedict

About Me

Benedict Romain
Maidenhead, United Kingdom
please view my work at www.wix.com/benedictromain/fine-art Benedict Romain uses classically stylised sculpture to question the contrasting contexts in which we perceive gender and sexual imagery. By referencing Greek Myths in relation to contemporary sexuality and psychology, a web of both connecting and contrasting concepts are formed as a platform for debate.
